@BrilliantEarth Or not! My engagement ring was just appraised and I was told it was cubic zirconia, not diamond. There goes 5k down the drain. No one from customer service is of any help in offering some kind of certificate to prove the professionals wrong. @BrilliantEarth help a gal out?
