Collaborating with local charity and daycare centre Able, @DanceUDOIT street dance classes in Cwmbran encourage adults with disabilities to get grooving, helping them make new friends and improve confidence and wellbeing.
@LottoGoodCauses funding via Sport Wales has helped UDOIT provide free dance classes and opportunities to under-represented groups, including those living in areas of deprivation and people with additional learning needs.
#BecauseOfYou
Every child deserves to enjoy being active. 😊
At @ClwbSarnHelen, children help shape their own experiences, with fun at the heart of every session.
By listening, adapting and putting young people first, they're creating positive experiences that keep children coming back.
That's what Foundations Framework Wales is all about. 🫶

When Callie Hammond realised there weren’t many opportunities for children in her community to enjoy gymnastics, she decided to do something about it.
After training as an instructor, she launched Back to Roots Gymnastics. The club’s number one goal is to get children moving, laughing and feeling good about themselves. 😀
It's a great example of Foundations Framework Wales in action. Showcasing how great experiences in sport can build confidence, motivation and belonging, which supports a lifetime enjoyment of sport. 💫
Attending Croesyceiliog Canoe Club since nine years old, Asher found a community where he can relax and be completely himself. He is now trained as an instructor, helps teach members new skills and is aiming to become a coach.
The club used @LottoGoodCauses funding via Sport Wales for instructor training, a storage container and kit, so more young people like Asher can find their community, an activity they love, and achieve goals they may never have thought possible.
The biggest sporting moments often start with the smallest ones.
A first session. A friendly face. A place where a child feels welcome.
Our Chair, @Tanni_GT, highlights why making sport fun, safe and inclusive for every child matters.

Mynydd Du Climbing & Mountaineering Club has made space for busy mums like Hannah.
With @LottoGoodCauses funding via Sport Wales, the club invested in expensive equipment, allowing them to expand and encourage all the family to get active together.
Since her climbing journey began at the club, Hannah has improved fitness and confidence, and she isn't stopping there. The sky's the limit...
What a week.
The smiles. The celebrations. The proud moments. The memories.
It’s been amazing to see the support for Team Wales and the way sport brings people together.
Here’s to the joy of sport. 😍

The coaches who always have your back. 🥊
Today, @Rosie_Eccles96 walked into the ring of her final Commonwealth Games fight with the coach who's always been in her corner.
Welsh boxing legend Colin Jones has coached Rosie for twelve years, and she's been ready to take on every challenge coming her way.
Giving her absolute all and leaving @Glasgow_2026 with a bronze medal, the whole of Wales couldn't be more proud. 🐉
