South West Water has been fined a record £1.8m for drinking water offences, after the cryptosporidium outbreak that left hundreds of people in Brixham unwell last year.

Rebecca Wade KC represented Mohammed Rayhan who was found not guilty of murder and possession of an offensive weapon in Operation Ensham, following a trial lasting just under five weeks at Manchester Crown Court.
