I am sorry to say I am having the worst customer service debacle with Telus than I think I have ever had before. Two days without internet service or TV service because their technician screwed up. And now I told 4 more days because there are no technicians.
@XboxSupport Absolute horrific experience with XBOX support. Trying to lock my xbox account as it’s been compromised and cannot get a hold of anyone to help out. I need a phone number to speak to a live person as none of the online chats/support address this.
