So pleased to be presented with my Leadership in STEM Education award. This was the result of a year long course finishing with our final CCPE presentations today. I have learned and grown so much this year through so much hard work and with such an amazing team @SSERCofficial
☀️One more week to go and colleagues across Glasgow are heading into the final week of @GlasgowRTC CLPL before the summer break, but there is still plenty happening before we close the books on another fantastic year of professional learning. And while the end of term is getting closer, the RTC CWG26 (#Glasgow2026 Commonwealth Games) project is now entering Week 5 of 6, with schools continuing to take part in @ScratchJr & @scratch challenges and activities across the city. Here’s what’s coming up 17th & 18th June ⬇️
📅 Wednesday 17th June
📖 Supporting Dyslexic Learners with @Everwayglobal Read&Write for iPad
📅 Thursday 18th June
🤖 Using #AI Effectively for Teaching & Learning with the @XMALearning
Two final opportunities to learn, reflect and share practice before we reach the final week of the RTC CLPL calendar.

Thanks @BruceNextLevel for another great input, this time around Rosenshine’s Principles. Lots of very useful and practical strategies to apply across different subject areas in @StAndrewsCLPL
Thank you @CaledonianNews GCU for having us along to the Tech and STEM fest today. We loved getting a taster of some of the different courses and career pathways. The overhead electric train lines made of sweeties had to be my favourite 😀
Our S6 and S5 pupils had Chris from @PathwayCTM along to discuss education/career pathways and the support that he and his team can offer in this. Thank you for all the information and we look forward to developing this further in the future.
Today we attended the @Ed_Acad_Scot summer showcase to share our STEM change project. It was great hearing all the amazing things that have been happening from all ages and levels. Well done to all involved. Poor Mrs MacAulay was sadly sick so was with us in spirit.
Great to see so many staff at our annual CLPL book swap at lunchtime today. Great opportunities to discuss our #teachingsprints and get ready for the next prepare stage in August #alwayslearning@SimonBreakspear
