LOUD Token Upgrade Passed

With 805,272,226 LOUD committed in support, the LOUD token upgrade proposal has officially passed.

This marks an important step in resetting Loudio’s token structure so we can move full steam into scaling Loudio 2.0, fundraising, and long-term development.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to review and participate. Next steps and timelines will be shared once we’ve secured new strategic investors and partners.

We are revising our developer API policies:

We will no longer allow apps that reward users for posting on X (aka “infofi”). This has led to a tremendous amount of AI slop & reply spam on the platform.

We have revoked API access from these apps, so your X experience should start improving soon (once the bots realize they’re not getting paid anymore).

If your developer account was terminated, please reach out and we will assist in transitioning your business to Threads and Bluesky.

Loudio 1.0 started as an InfoFi experiment. We shipped and distributed 3000+ SOL to the community via a real on-chain yield mechanism.

Loudio 2.0 is a new chapter. We don’t know yet how big it gets, but we’ll keep building.

As of today, Loudio is still a tiny market cap project, but we shall do whatever it takes to bring back the glory.
