This is way cool! We spend a lot of money on prescription dog food for my doodles due to sensitive stomachs. Pet food being except from sales tax is something I would have never thought of, but it can help so many people!

I'm proud to have authored HB 2216 that would provide the Gold Standard of due process to all families with a DFPS case. This bill would require the Department to engage in active efforts toward reunification and raise the standard for termination of parental rights to "beyond a reasonable doubt." I look forward to working to pass this into law and hope it will serve as a model for other states!

FYI, all of these are violating your First Amendment rights by blocking you on their official accounts. The Supreme Court has recently ruled that public officials cannot block users on social media based solely on critical viewpoints when using accounts primarily for government business.

First, I want to say thank you to all my supporters, family and friends for standing with me, knocking on doors, making calls, and spending long hours working through the last two election cycles. It’s been a very long couple of years trying to bring back decency to HD138. While we didn’t get the outcome we wanted, we showed that we will continue to stand for our community and the Texas values we believe in.

We were outspent 50 to 1, but thanks to our volunteers we did as well as we did and I am so beyond humbled by the help I received by those who believed in me as a candidate, as a person. The friendships formed will last a lifetime. Thank you all from the very bottom of my heart.

I have extreme disappointment and feelings of abandonment from a party I worked hard to fight for. It was extremely difficult and exhausting to see myself being portrayed the way I was on TV without a way to combat it. I don’t know what’s next at this point. But I do know I will continue to be me, continue to be active in my community and continue to in standing up for my values.

Texans are being taxed out their homes to pay for massive expansions of government.

So thankful for Cy-Fair AFT for putting together this block walk today! Along with them we had Houston AFT, Lone Star AFT, and MY MOM from McAllen AFT, and other Unions such as CYFair Firefighters who have a critical election this cycle! Teachers get it Done!

I’m so excited to flip this seat and be critical in supporting public education, and getting teachers the RAISES they deserve with no strings attached!

Two more days! Let’s get this done! Ask your friends and neighbors if they already voted. Make sure they have a plan, take them to the polls if they need a ride!

I thought you knew campaign finance laws… In-kind contributions have to be reported by both the PAC giving them and the person receiving them. Lacey has not reported them.

You do realize most people pay their property taxes throughout the year as they are expensive right? This is exactly why we need to lower property taxes. Mine are always paid within the year including any fines that are accrued.

Thanks for pointing out my fines, which are being appealed. When are you going to point out Lacey’s fines?

The American Federation for Children has spent money on helping my opponent. Today a paid by them block walker handed me lit paid for by her campaign. However it has been pointed out that @LaceyHullTx has failed to disclose any in-kind contributions on her Campaign Finance Reports from this organization. What is she hiding?

Funny story. @LaceyHullTx is so DESPERATE for votes that her block walker, who was brought here from Florida and is paid for by the American Federation for Children aka a pro-voucher pac, knocked on MY door asking for ME by name. I was so entertained by this that I took a picture with him.

Lots of fun handing out goodies and talking to neighbors today with my helpers Nala and Teddy!

We had to switch them out throughout the night because they both wanted all the pets! But one group saw one and then another and wanted them both out. Not sure who enjoyed Halloween more, the kiddos who got a ton of goodies or the pups who got all the pets! Nala is so tired she’s passed out snoring 💤

I’m not sure I’m ever going to get used to hearing “oh it’s you! My neighbor told me about you and I voted for you!” It’s such a pleasure to live among and talk to the people of #HD138!
