@moonpigie I’m so unhappy with my experience. Placed an order last night, but there was a mistake (which I accept I made). I immediately contacted your team, order hadn’t even finished processing. But they are offline. Order was processed this morning. No contact from you. :(
@DublinAirport just putting it out there but when travelling T2 I absolutely hate and dread the South Gates. I get it is capacity related but I much prefer the gates with jet bridges.
@AerLingus can you please sort out the regional boarding process. Plat and conc are club but group 2 boarding on regional. Overhead lockers at our end of the plane full even though seats empty.
@SkyHelpIreland just spoke to an advisor about cancelling my subscription. He was really pushy and didn’t want to take no for an answer. When I said no was my final answer he put me on hold for no reason.
@AerLingus can a business class passenger check one bag in that weighs more then 23 kg? I know my allowance is 3 bags but I only need one. However my one bag is likely going to be 25kg.
To be clear @TheAAie I’m not looking for an early cancellation - I just wanted to give your team notice of non renewal. But they REFUSED to accept it! I’ve never encountered anything like this with any other business.
@TheAAie I am actually astounded at how difficult you make it for consumers to cancel their membership policy ahead of a renewal date. For such a well known brand, it is disappointing.

@ring@ring protect standard won’t have 24/7 recording. Annual payment customers - can they upgrade mid cycle to get it? And what cameras will support it?
