Two patterns are already showing up that I kinda knew — but seeing them in my own data hits different.

Two are already jumping out:
1) Sleep → Focus. When I actually rested, focus the next day was high. Kinda obvious. But seeing it in my own data hit different.
2) Focus → Output. When I held focus, I got way more done. Quantifying it made me take it seriously.
