Former Army Officer, SSAFA Caseworker. Father of two very special girls. Husband of a very special, if slightly bonkers lady. obsessed with Christmas lights.
@TraitorsPodcast brilliant show, brilliant podcast. Well done to everyone. At the end I was shouting at the telly for Hannah to wise up and get Wilf. I don't think Meryl is sure what's happened even now. Voting for Aaron would be like kicking a puppy. Kieran's parting shot!
Loch Rannoch on Thursday afternoon, just as the fishing season kicks off. Weather forecast is looking good for the weekend. Time to dust off that fishing gear! @ Loch Rannoch https://t.co/2eAyDPQLtH
Funeral Celebrant today for an Ex Royal Scots soldier
I also, where possible like to give lose left behind a copy of the ceremony script
Little gestures such as this that make us that wee bit different to those other organisations that provide a similar service
@FuzeFoundation
@ToastmasterBSB John took over my desk at RMAS. I'd just come back from Afghan and warned him they were looking for people to go out and work on the UKLTT. I thought he was a top guy and couldn't believe it when the news came through. He is certainly one I will remember tomorrow.
@NormanF99621763 The Colours of the Royal Regiment of Artillery are its Guns or Guided Weapons. When on parade on Ceremonial occasions the Guns and Guided Weapons are to be accorded the same compliments as the Standards, Guidons and Colours of the Cavalry and Infantry.
A very clear and heartbreaking description of what is happening at Camp Souter, Kabul, right now. How does a Government expect Soldiers to do this, but they do, and as always with very little in the way of thanks.

@CameronMcNeish @philmcmenemy @ScotsMagazine@scotgov Agreed, large stretches of deer fencing along the road from Struan to Trinafour, with illegal signs at the small number of gates that have been put in.
These photos were taken in May of 2006. We gave these little girls shoes and hats and hope. They will be in their twenties now, I wonder what fate has in store for them? The political elite responsible for the failure of Afghanistan should hang their heads in shame.
Busy bank holiday weekend round Loch Rannoch with 51 occupied sites counted so pleased to see very little mess left and only one abandoned camp so far 🤞plenty of bagged up rubbish taken away by the bin lorry - thanks guys! #RespectProtectEnjoy@morag_lindsay @pjmeilem
@cochranereturns@COLRICHARDKEMP So, because their is a disparity in the 'kill rate', although you don't provide an estimate for this figure, IDF should not retaliate against Hamas? Just trying to form a picture of the logic you are using.
Not sure we are winning anything. We've had a couple of skirmishes, but the 'Battle' will take place over the Summer Months. Revisit this in September.

Our own Peter Mac tackling the Devil's staircase on the West Highland Way. He thought he'd get sunshine, but Snow, hail and rain, ah well, no midges though!
@bealejonathan@jfwduffield @stumblingboots Err......luck has nothing to do with it. LE Officers are generally commissioned after a 22 year career, usually from WO1. They then work bloody hard and are promoted on merit. They qualify for promotion from Major to Lt Col with around 2 years to serve before retirement.
