The school may be closed for the summer hols but the garden still keeps going and growing 😀 We have a bumper pumpkin crop this year!

We don’t just grow veggies in the school garden; our sunflowers are finally opening and the sweet-peas are beautiful this year.

We also have an abundance of tomatoes and peppers growing in the very hot greenhouse! Most excitingly though we have melons, aubergine, butternut squash and....tromboncino, just😊

We raised just over £85 from the Eddie Dowding parents memorial race this year😀 Thank you very much, this money will be put to very good use supporting a child in our school next year. It’s not to late to donate, if you’d like to please send any donations to the school office 😀

Our first ever Value Chmpns were presented with their rosettes today. Many children received our c’tifcates, for demo’ing one or more of our Core Values but, over the course of this year only 5 achieved all 5 awards. Well done children, we’re all very proud of you!
