@VodafoneUK@lebara Hey, have you reduced the power of my local transmitter? I've been with Vodafone for years with no problem. Recently I changed to Lebara with no problems. Now me, my neighbour, both on Lebara, and a friend, on Vodafone, can't make or receive calls. Help!
@VodafoneUK Any chance of a response to my previous msg? Over a week now without 4g and still ongoing issues after the extended maintenance work. What's going on?
@VodafoneUK What are your engineers playing at? We've had no data for over a week due to ongoing maintenance. It was supposed to complete 31/08, then it was extended to 03/09, then to 04/09. Apparently it's now complete but there's still no 4g at GL2 9FH. Not good enough.

@HSBC_UK I could get a degree from the Open University faster than I am able to talk to someone in my local branch on the phone. Really terrible service.
@mbna Unable to view my statements. Service status says everything is working fine. 'Drop us a line' link takes you on a circular route. Not a great experience.
@HSBC_UK Still waiting for an "available agent" to answer my call. It's now been 1hr 20. You need to let your bosses know that you're unable to cope with demand.
@DVLAgovuk Been trying to talk to someone for nearly 2 weeks now in order to get an answer to a simple question that's not covered in any online help I can find. Really poor service, even in the current circumstances.
@ATS_Business could I suggest you update the opening times on your website. 4pm and both Gloucester and Cheltenham stores are closed even though website advises they're open until 5pm today.
