@StatisticUrban People don’t understand what real income is lol. People tend to look at the past as nostalgic and better than it was (“rosy retrospection” - look it up). The poverty rate is lower than it was at any point in the 1950s and 60s, and extreme poverty is much lower now than it was

@RaxKingIsDead It’s a shame the quality of any undergraduate degree in the business college at most universities is so bad. About to go to grad school for economics and most of the people in the applicant pool have never taken a calculus class… when all of economic theory is based on calculus
