Ngo investigates: Brendan John Geier, the Madison, N.J. leftist accused of biting an ICE agent's arm and bloodying another agent in an organized attack outside Delaney Hall Detention Center, has a conviction for a felony child s—x crime.

In 2019, Geier distributed child s—x abuse content through Skype. He was arrested and prosecuted in Berks County, Pa. In April 2021, he was given a sweetheart plea deal that allowed him to plead guilty to felony Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.

He was sentenced to only two years probation by Judge Patrick T. Barrett, and was banned from having contact with minors. It does not appear that he was required to register as a s—x offender.

On May 28, 2026, Geier allegedly rioted outside the detention center, where he kicked an officer and then tore into the forearm of an agent with his teeth.

Geier is among many far-left and Antifa riot suspects with child s—x crime histories.
