The counteroffensive started Mon--russians blow this dam so they don't have to worry about an entire front of the war and cause Ukraine a ton of trouble evacuating and dealing with humanitarian crisis while they shell civilians and targets. Easy.

I found it! Clark 3807 gave a CCD to Deval Patrick mistakenly.

Also the final tally is weird w/Butti and Steyer and an uncommitted getting votes but weren't viable (maybe that is correct but Patrick isn't!)

Going through the NV data-found the 1st problems Clark 6487 is totally wrong. Yang, Bennett were not viable (given 2 each) & CCDs should've gone to Sanders & Warren.
Clark 2743 gave 4 to Bennett when not viable.
