When @premierinn hotel staff (Hanan) from Southgate are outrageously rude because you’ve had the bare faced cheek to ask for another room because your bed has ants all over it…they refuse. So my sister and her kids had to travel over 200 miles back home at 8.30pm! Disgrace!
