The cleanliness at @WHotels Sydney really sucks
Yest when I checked in the tables were dirty with cup marks n drink marks

Today the cup & spoon are unclean - the cleaners didn’t make an effort to properly clean it up.

At a luxury 5 star the least you expect is basic cleanliness

We’re staying at the Anantara New York Palace hotel & the housekeeping did such a shoddy job at cleaning - hair everywhere left in bathroom, the used glasses weren’t replaced 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Hertz We rented a car in Abu Dhabi & confirmed twice that drop-off wud be in Dubai. Rep said “OK”. Now he claims drop is in AbuDhabi else a fee higher than the rental itself for Dubai. No contract was given—just “u’ll get it by email.”

✈️ Casablanca to AUH to Mumbai. Normally airline staff wont allow u to board - she didnt have a transit visa & had 2 different tickets. But Imane spoke to Abu Dhabi immigration, tried till the last hour & made our travel happen. We checked in at 8:30 for a 9:15 flight ✈️ @etihad

@RiuHoteles - such a pathetic experience at the hotel #Mauritius. The room cleaning was poor - leftover bottle from previous guest was there when we got in the room, the kettle had water left.
The staff doesn’t understand well, & some of them are super rude. Really bad experience
