A total treat to write original songs for Much Ado About Nothing @TheRSC. Huge congrats, applause and appreciation to the company for their final shows.

❓ How much do you know about writer George Eliot?
A new show, set to contemporary music, is celebrating her in her own words, from her novels, letters, and poetry.

Due to the success of the launch of Little Frames I’m delighted to be back with a special London show on Saturday 1 Feb and you’re invited!

What I had never foreseen happening was performing alongside Simon McBurney at my final gig of last year, all thanks to the exquisite @DavidLePage17 ensemble and their sold out Winter Tales show. Another magical moment to add to my magnificent mnemonic memory bank.
In 2007 I was cast as Alice in a college production of Complicité’s Mnemonic. A gift to be introduced to the work of Simon McBurney and company, at such a formative age, and the possibilities of how theatre magic can be created and crafted.
17 years later, I took myself on my own ‘Alice-esque’ pilgrimage, discovering more about the roots and fate of my family.
I made sure to be back to catch Complicité’s @NationalTheatre Mnemonic. Emotional viewing, alongside my oldest friend, @PhilippaHogg 🤍
