Here are some mono-engravings featuring portraits of punk icons, showcased in the PUNK LIVES group show at @subliminal_art. Each piece is engraved from a painted and drawn background of ink wash and charcoal, making every image a unique one of one. Check them out at the exhibition, curated in collaboration with Destroy Art, on view Thursday - Saturday, 12 - 6 pm, until August 24th. Admission is free, and no appointment is necessary to visit the gallery. Thanks for caring!

The artists in Boundless/Binding exemplify in their work what I consider art’s most profound potential: its ability to captivate visually with beauty and power while also sharing a unique social and cultural point of view.
The show is curated in collaboration with @EMERGEAST, an online gallery championing artists shaping a new narrative in the Middle East and North Africa, founded by Dima Abdul Kader and Nikki Meftah.
