@CrossCountryUK absolutely sick to death of having to travel nearly 5 hours from Manchester to Southampton on the 13:25 and first class gets declassified before we’ve even got to Stockport, I have no refreshments with me as I assumed paying 1st class these would be provided.

@CrossCountryUK What’s to look in too? People are not happy, the price you charge, to be told by the train manager ‘of course there is no catering, have you seen how busy the train is? Im on my own’
Why couldn’t even bottles of water be provided at Birmingham? I’m diabetic, no water or food!!

@CrossCountryUK Hi, I paid £50 to upgrade to 1st class on the 15:25 Man - Sou Ctrl. To be told no catering! I have no food or water and a 4.5 journey. How can I claim some money back?

@AvantiWestCoast I’ve boarded the 17:13 Euston to Man Pic, disabled railcard traveller. Text came through after platform announced in station. Booked a table A17 & A21. My companion is sat behind me, unable to see me, with no leg space! No table at these numbers!!
