Earlier this year, a Meta alignment director told her agent to suggest what to delete from her email and do nothing until told.

By her account, it lost the instruction in its own memory and deleted hundreds of her emails anyway.

Regulated assets need rules that travel with the asset.

With PAS, the issuer writes those rules into a policy. Every transfer becomes a request that has to pass the policy before it settles.
