@JagexSupport But i need the Authenticator in order to change the e-mail :( shouldnt recovering the account disable the Authenticator? Or maybe recovering with a different e-mail?
@JagexSupport I want to get back into my GIM account, but the phone connected to the Auth is broken and on the latest backup the Auth isn't there. When I try to disable the Authenticator it does not send me an email, however when I want to change pass it does. #osrs#runescape
@JagexSupport I have checked the support pages countless times but no articles are useful for this particulair situation. Is there another way to change e-mail or disable Authenticator?
@JagexSupport Well not receiving isnt the problem. It’s just the Authenticator disabling mail, i do get the ones to change password or recovery request i do.
@JagexSupport The page isnt really helpful.. i have the password and access to the e-mail but not receiving the disable Authenticator mail. However i DO get the emails for changing password etc. I tried recovering the acc but it doesnt disable Authenticator.
