It is best to increase your storage even before you get pregnant.

Let’s do small maths 😁

1000microgram=1mg
Most women need 400-600mcg/0.4/0.6mg of Folic acid daily before & during pregnancy

5000microgram=5mg
5mg of folic acid is HIGH DOSE

I've been having headache on and off each day for 2weeks straight, paracetamol and panadol extra didn't help, did malaria and widal test, nothing. I can't go to the hospital cos only emergency cases are attended to, I'm tired sincerely 😞
