@JetBlue this is ridiculous swapping flight B62119 to Fort Lauderdale from Worcester, to the Fort Myers flight. Completely irrelevant to our flight, because you can’t get a mechanic out to Worcester in time to fix their. Absolutely unacceptable. The night is ruined. Unbelievable.

@SpiritAirlines wasn’t allowed into my Orlando flight leaving from Boston. Unacceptable, the TSA line was enormous and made it with plenty of time to be let into the plane. Bags were still being loaded, the staff was rude and wouldn’t help us out. There was time to board!! REFUND
