@RoyalMail Sent a parcel overseas and it's been two months and it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking messages make no sense and it seems that the item has been sent back and forth between countries. Please let me know what's happening and when it's expected to get there.
So I booked a flight with @lastminute_com and, surprisingly, got an email saying the price dropped and I was going to get a voucher for the difference. Shouldn't I be given a refund and not a (very restrictive) voucher? Does anyone know the rules for this? #ConsumerRights

@tapairportugal Thanks. I just saw a message on your website about it. It's pretty slack that such a serious issue gets only a tiny note on your website and your clients aren't even informed via email about it. (And the hack that happened last year which I just found out about). Not good.
@British_Airways Which one? All I see is the one to reply to the people who I’ve been dealing with and are NOT responding and a link to your website. Still not helpful
Anyone had problems with @British_Airways in the past few months? Filled a complaint for a flight delay AND lost luggage, they claim it was due to bad weather though still unable to prove it, their useless cs team simply stopped replying and closed the case from their end. 😡
@British_Airways Hi Georgia, as said I got a reply but the case has been closed yet it hasn’t been resolved. So I’m left with no other option than to escalate it because your CS team is extremely unhelpful.

@British_Airways I'm trying to check in online and when I try to enter the documents required for travel, there's an error in the destination field and it doesn't let me proceed. Any chance it's just a temporary glitch that can be fixed soon?
