When I called @thenorthface I was told that they did not have updated delivery information for me when I requested a refund they said it can take 4 to 6 weeks. That’s $400 that I saved for my Christmas gifts for my kids now what? I don’t have another $400 to spend to

@UHC why?? I mark a case online as emergent with expedited review, for a spine surgery tomorrow morning. I was told they need 5 days for an urgent review. It’s always @UHC
