1/2 Social video calls at Sudbury prison are changing. From 28/03/22 we will start using ‘Prison Video’ and stop using Purple Visits. This means that you will need to use the Prison Video app on your phone or tablet device to have a video call with someone at Sudbury.
2/2 Please be reassured that if you have a call booked with Purple Visits which hasn’t happened yet, it will still go ahead. From 28/03/22, your video calls will just need to be booked with Prison Video instead.
Please see: https://t.co/y9Q4kAML27 for further information.
