@FSD_5_Star_Dude Thank you for your reply! If you can’t unpair from your old phone, try this:
On your watch, go to Settings > Connectivity > Paired Devices and remove the old phone.
Restart both your watch and new phone.
Open the Suunto app and try pairing again.
@FSD_5_Star_Dude Got it! Since you didn’t unpair from your old iPhone before switching and you’ve already reset the watch, and you may unpair the watch and pair it to the new phone. Let me know if it works.

@Martin0815 Hello Martin - most partner services handle the connection from their end, i.e. the connection needs to be removed from their app or website. If this is already done but Suunto app still shows them as connected, the "relic" icon can be removed by our support team - send us a DM!

@underwaterryan Hi Ryan - could you try unpairing the dive computer, uninstalling the app, then turning bluetooth off and on on the phone, reinstalling the app and pairing the dive computer again? /Mike
