I see a lot of people confused by what they read week after week in One Piece, because they don't understand the story they're reading.

One Piece isn't your typical shonen, One Piece is a story with a very strong gnostic foundation, and it's had those roots planted since Skypiea (if not earlier).

When you read a gnostic story, you know what you're getting into: mainly world culture, mystery, gods, deep themes, conspiracy, and an investigation into the occult, among various other things. But there's a certain part of the fandom that still oversimplifies the series, and I don't think we should make the mistake of saying things like: "I remember when One Piece was about pirates" or "It's straying from the plot" since once that gnostic base was established in One Piece, it was obvious it would head in these directions at some point.

What One Piece wants to tell you (aside from Luffy's adventure) is much more extense and deep than you imagine, it's the story of an entire world (or in our case, three different worlds related to each other) and an entire civilization.

Watch out, we might even leave the planet at some point in the story.

Durante muchos años, yo diria al menos 40 o 50, nos estan preparando para informarnos sobre la vida extraterrestre y los OVNIS. Peliculas, autores, series y demas, han venidos desensibilizando a la humanidad para que ese anuncio no sea un descalabro mundial.

Pienso que lo lograron.

Hoy lo están anunciando, y no pasa nada. La noticia pasará por debajo de la mesa. Hay OVNIS, hay vida extraterrestre, nos visitan, nos ven y existen claramente.

Hoy por fin tengo el placer de presentaros el proyecto en el que llevo trabajando desde octubre del año pasado. Mi libro.

Un libro que no es simplemente un análisis de la obra. Tocaré el fenómeno que está siendo One Piece en el mundo entero, la enorme comunidad que se ha creado, un análisis filosófico de los arcos de One Piece que he llamado “el iceberg de los arcos de One Piece” y una pequeña parte en la que os contaré cómo esta obra ha cambiafo mi vida y la de muchos de vosotros.

No es un simple libro. Es la mirada de un chaval que desde los 17 años ha crecido con One Piece y se ha convertido en el hombre que es hoy, acompañado de buenos nakamas como vosotros ❤️
