SYNBO Weekly Funding Report | Oct 5–11
Capital continued to flow into tokenized real-world assets, AI infrastructure, stablecoin payments, and onchain trading.
Spiko’s $90M Series B highlights growing interest in tokenized cash management, while AI and financial execution tools are attracting significant capital.
The key question is no longer just what gets built onchain, but which products can turn funding into real usage and sustainable revenue.

Tokenized Equity is about more than bringing stocks onchain.
It turns stocks into composable assets that can power new financial products, lending markets, and AI-driven portfolios.
The real opportunity lies in building the infrastructure that makes these assets usable.

【Synbo Primary Market Weekly Report】
Crypto’s primary market is increasingly moving beyond pure crypto-native applications and toward financial infrastructure connecting assets, payments, trading, compliance, and AI.
This week, Payward’s $100M strategic investment from Nasdaq stood out, alongside new funding across stablecoins, Perp DEXs, AI agents, and onchain consumer applications.
The key question for the next phase is no longer who creates the next hot token, but who can become a critical infrastructure layer for capital, assets, and liquidity moving onchain.

Crypto saw a rare macro convergence this week: larger U.S. Treasury buybacks, positive CLARITY Act signals, renewed rate-cut bets, a weaker dollar, and a massive short squeeze fueled the rebound.
But the bigger shift is happening in the primary market: stablecoins are evolving beyond “payment infrastructure” into a distribution layer for the dollar-based financial system on-chain.
Meanwhile, RWA is moving from simply tokenizing assets to rebuilding capital markets on-chain, while new SEC proposals could reshape crypto capital formation.
The next big opportunity may not be who issues the next token, but who becomes the gateway for dollars, capital, and assets to enter the on-chain economy.

It’s time to make America the crypto capital of the world.
@POTUS and the current administration have done an excellent job of moving us towards this. Now we need to get Clarity done.
CLARITY Act will get 60+ Senate votes says Coinbase CEO.
@Coinbase CEO @brian_armstrong has shared his belief that the CLARITY Act, scheduled for a US Senate vote on September 15, will receive more than 60 different votes.
This would be significantly more than is required for passage.
Alternatively, he believes the crypto industry could see a whole new set of rules from the SEC and CFTC on September 16.
China A‑Share × Crypto Perpetuals: Mapping Out a New Terrain in a Transformed Global Market
[A thread]
1/
On Aug. 18, Binance launched CXMTUSDT, bringing ChangXin Memory Technologies into the crypto perpetual market.
At first glance, it's just another TradFi perpetual.
But zoom out, and a much bigger trend appears: Chinese A-shares are entering global crypto markets in a completely new way.

So CXMT isn't interesting simply because it's another stock perpetual.
It may be a signal of something much bigger:
Crypto is moving from trading crypto assets to trading global assets.
If almost any asset can become a 24/7 perpetual, the question may no longer be “Which market does this stock belong to?”
It may be: Who becomes the new trading layer for global assets?
