"My best day of the year"
That's how Inner Circle members are describing today after @epictrades1 put on a master class in money management for this market
As the market was melting down Thursday, DP kept everyone focused on the best risk/reward setups
That meant sizing up on $IBIT in the $36s... and trimming today above $40
Sizing up on $IGV in the $79s... and trimming today above $82
Buying $SLV as low as $60 after hours... and selling today above $69
And buying $HOOD lotto calls right before the close for $1.13... and selling them this morning over $8
That's a 608% winner overnight!!

$DELL is giving the people what they want:
"With AI momentum accelerating and our opportunity expanding across the portfolio, weāre raising our full-year FY27 revenue outlook by $25 billion to $192 billion, up nearly 70% year over year."
This new guidance is 11% above the consensus full-year forecast of $173.3 billion.
$SPCX: The Battle for $150 2.0
SpaceX felt left for dead in late July.
But it's been grinding up over the past two weeks and looks ready to challenge $150.
This was the same $150 that served as key support after the initial post-IPO rally.
Can it break through?
This is the big question.
Wall Street is bullish on the stock, with an analyst ratings breakdown of:
-28 buys
-5 holds
-2 sells
And the average target price is $220.74.
Yet, the crowd seems cautious because of coming IPO lockup expirations.
It's tough to pick a side. But it seems like this $150 area will serve as a make-or-break point.
šŗ WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER: A LITTLE LESS IS MORE + $NVDA IS IT BUYABLE AGAIN? + $SPCX PAYING ME TO HOLD + $TSLA DONāT CHASE THE RALLY + BITCOIN TO $95K?
September is here, and this is NOT the market to force trades. High oil, elevated rates, geopolitical risk and five months of frustrating chop are sending a clear message: stop chasing, cut the size and make the market prove itself.
*
$SPY is already testing the critical $762ā$764 area around last weekās lows, while the broader range remains roughly $762ā$779.
$QQQ has slipped below yesterdayās $713.16 low, with ~$708 and then $702 becoming important references.
After nearly five months of consolidation, this still isnāt a market consistently rewarding large positions or overnight exposure. Until that changes, the focus remains on tactical trades, defined risk and taking profits when the market gives them.
*
$NVDA is a perfect example.
After earnings, the initial swing trade was stopped out, but yesterdayās move below ~$216.81 followed by a reclaim created a Red Dog Reversal with very tight risk and roughly a $3 bounce.
With NVDA pulling back again, ~$216 becomes an area to watch for another potential tactical setup.
Rather than predicting a huge breakout, let the level define the trade.
*
$SPCX has been different, though. Itās one of the few positions actually paying me to hold.
The position has been working from around $130 into the $140s, with dips continuing to get bought.
Holding roughly $139 would keep that trend intact and could provide another opportunity to add on weakness.
*
While $TSLA had a strong session yesterday, that doesnāt mean you chase it.
#Tesla hasnāt consistently displayed the kind of momentum where one big day automatically leads to another.
If itās going to show real relative strength today, ~$358 is an important level to hold.
Missed yesterdayās move? Wait for the next setup rather than buying simply because the stock already ran on Cybercab hype.
*
Bitcoinās roadmap is also becoming clearer. $IBIT
The key zone is roughly $75Kā$76K. If base:0xe4b20925d9e9a62f1e492e15a81dc0de62804dd4 holds there, a move through ~$81K and eventually toward $95K could happen sooner rather than later.
Lose $75Kā$76K, however, and a deeper retracement could make the journey to $95K take considerably longer.
*
#Gold has been a profitable trade for me, but its identity is getting shakier.
After successfully trading the rally through a series of call-option rolls, my focus now shifts to whether $GLD can hold around $404.
More importantly, gold has increasingly been trading alongside solana:J3NKxxXZcnNiMjKw9hYb2K4LUxgwB6t1FtPtQVsv3KFr rather than behaving like the traditional āend-of-the-worldā safe-haven asset. That changing correlation makes the next move especially interesting.
*
With geopolitical tensions getting elevated again and September historically capable of producing volatility, I use $VIX calls as portfolio insurance rather than making an outright bearish bet on stocks.
September 25 and October 16 calls provide time for a potential volatility spike if geopolitical risks escalate or the market finally breaks out of its five-month chop.
With equity exposure already limited, the goal isnāt to keep adding VIX ā itās simply to have a hedge in place if volatility suddenly erupts.
*
So, September is starting as a traderās market, not a ātake-homeā market.
Trade the levels, keep risk defined, donāt chase yesterdayās winners and donāt assume every strong session is the beginning of a sustained trend.
The five-month consolidation may eventually produce better bases and a cleaner directional sequence. Until it does, a little less is more.

SB ENERGY FILES FOR U.S. IPO WITH $439 BILLION OF CONTRACTED BACKLOG
Hereās everything you need to know:
SB Energy, SoftBankās AI data center and power infrastructure company, has publicly filed its S-1 and plans to list under the ticker $SBE on Nasdaq and Nasdaq Texas.
The IPO share count and price range have not yet been set. The $100M offering size listed in the filing is only a placeholder.
SoftBank will remain the controlling shareholder following the offering, making SB Energy a ācontrolled companyā under Nasdaq rules.
THE $439 BILLION BACKLOG:
SB Energy has roughly $439B of contracted backlog, including:
⢠~$430B from data centers
⢠~$10B from power projects
But the backlog is heavily back-loaded.
Only about $1B is expected to convert into revenue over the next 24 months, while roughly $357B sits beyond year 8.
Weighted average remaining contract term:
⢠Data centers: 19.6 years
⢠Power: 16.6 years
THE DATA CENTER PORTFOLIO:
SB Energy currently has 8.8 GW-IT of signed data center leases, concentrated entirely across two customers: SoftBank and OpenAI.
Cosmos, Travis County, Texas:
⢠50 MW-IT leased to SoftBank
⢠15-year lease
⢠~$2.5B of contracted rent
⢠First revenue expected Q4 2026
That would mark SB Energyās first-ever data center revenue.
Milam County, Texas:
⢠753 MW-IT leased to OpenAI
⢠Currently under construction
⢠Ready-for-service targeted for 2028
PORTS-Pike, Pike County, Ohio:
This is by far the companyās largest project.
OpenAI has signed 20-year leases covering roughly 8 GW-IT across 17 buildings at the former Department of Energy uranium-enrichment site.
The broader campus buildout is expected to run through 2032, with the first 800 MW expected to become available in 2028.
SB Energy believes PORTS-Pike could become one of the largest data center campuses in the world.
The company also has another roughly 1.7 GW-IT development pipeline in Borden and Scurry County, Texas that is not yet included in backlog.
NVIDIAāS ROLE:
NVIDIA is involved as both an investor and a credit backstop.
According to the filing, NVIDIA has committed $3B around the IPO:
⢠$1.5B concurrent private placement at the IPO price
⢠$1.5B prepaid forward funded August 17 at 90% of the eventual IPO price
Separately, NVIDIA has guarantees capped at $105B supporting certain land, power and shell obligations tied to the first roughly 4.25 GW-IT at PORTS-Pike.
Importantly, this is NOT a blanket $105B guarantee of all OpenAI lease obligations.
The guarantees phase in as the initial data centers become ready for service, apply following certain tenant defaults, cover defined portions of lease and power obligations, and decline as OpenAI fulfills its obligations over the 20-year lease terms.
NVIDIA also has the option to extend its support to another roughly 3.8 GW-IT at PORTS-Pike.
The campus is also expected to exclusively host NVIDIA AI infrastructure, subject to limited exceptions.
OPENAIāS ROLE:
OpenAI is simultaneously a customer, investor and shareholder-linked partner.
The company holds 3,991,809 warrants with a $0.01 exercise price, with roughly 1.7M shares expected to be issued through net exercise at the IPO closing.
OpenAI also maintains a board seat while its ownership remains above 5%.
FINANCIALS:
H1 2026:
⢠Revenue: $138.7M
⢠Net loss: $3.21B
The H1 loss included a $2.57B non-cash warrant remeasurement charge and $589.5M of stock-based compensation.
FY 2025:
⢠Revenue: $213.5M
⢠Net loss: $738.0M
FY 2024:
⢠Revenue: $232.2M
⢠Net income: $106.1M
Essentially all revenue to date has come from SB Energyās power business.
None of its data center capacity is currently operational.
BALANCE SHEET + POWER BUSINESS:
SB Energy has roughly $4.0B of debt outstanding, including $999M of 8.875% notes due 2031 used to fund the Cosmos project.
Its power platform includes:
⢠2.2 GWac of solar + storage operating
⢠2.5 GWac under construction
⢠0.8 GWac contracted
OTHER DETAILS:
SB Energy has 223 full-time employees and is led by co-CEOs Rich Hossfeld and Abhijeet Sathe.
SoftBank founded the company in 2019 and has contributed roughly $3.2B to date.
J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup are among the lead banks in a 19-underwriter syndicate.
