Fantastic testimony for $16.5 Billion of Property Tax Relief and the two main bills SB3 & SB4 rocketed out of Senate Finance, chair @joanhuffman, unanimous 17-0 vote to the full Senate! Texas citizens testified saying saving over $1000 a year for over 65/disabled homeowners means they stay in their homes after paying a lifetime of taxes. @TXRealtors love SB 3, 4, & 5 @TanParkerTX and they said, “Home ownership is for life,” with the bills saving nearly $800 for 5.72 million homesteads. Tax professionals @txtaxpayers @TPPF @TAPTP all said it’s unprecedented balanced tax relief for all Texans & @johncmccord said the Retailers strongly support new inventory tax credit. Closer was @txbiz Chair Hamer said that there’s incredible enthusiasm from “Chamberville” all over the state for the Senate’s Tax Plan too! @LtGovTX #txlege
