These girls changed my life for the better this year. They made me a better person and a better coach. They allowed me to coach them hard, they allowed me to push them past their comfort zone, they never quit, they never made excuses, never ran from adversity.
These girls left their mark this year. A 2A sectional championship, 2A state runner up, 20th district champions, 5th region champions, and a Sweet 16 Quarterfinal finish. The ride was so much fun to be a part of. They gave our community and our school memories to last a lifetime. They gave themselves memories to last a lifetime.
They led me to Christ, came to my baptism, celebrated when my wife and I announced she was pregnant, and came to the gender reveal. The haunted house, dinner at our house, pool party at Coach Mac’s this summer, pickleball, and countless team meals. These are the things I’ll remember and cherish forever.
I love all of you more than you’ll ever know. You will always be a part of our family.
Congratulations to Taylor County for the quarterfinals appearance & Kennedy Deener who was named to the All-Tournament Team🏆
