2. Skill Work Ball Handling💪 (10 reps each)
- circle taps>3 pounds
- circle taps>3 pounds>singular move
- circle taps>3 pounds>double move
3. Finishing🛏️ (3x made way)
- circle taps>3 pounds>extended hook
- circle taps>3 pounds>double move escape finish
4. Scoring/Shooting🪣 (5x made each way)
- 3 pounds> lateral escape snatch mid-range
- 3 pounds > lateral escape 3-pointer
- 3 > lateral escape > snatch 3
End with 10 makes all 7 spots catch and shoot🎯
