@LinkedIn my account has been hacked and I’ve been trying to get my account back for a while now and I still haven’t heard from anyone. This is become annoying and ridiculous.
@ATTHelp I reached out about Internet initially, and the man on the phone acted as if you guys provided it in my area so while waiting on that, he upsell me on a phone which is higher than what I was paying initially in the first place then he tells me the Internet is not in my area
@ATTHelp I am currently with xfinity and was considering moving over to att and was inquiring about internet and the sales person start talking to me about a cell phone and got me to switch over and then in the end told me that you guys didn’t offer Internet
Most companies take pride in customer service but not @MAACommunities they don’t respond which means you’re left to keep sending messages hoping they’ll help you. They suck but I’ll keep reaching out because this is ridiculous
I see no other way but to put @MAACommunities on blast because the management is the worst! This is the 3rd water leak I’ve experienced now with mold. They are slow to fix and communication. Don’t move to the ones in Georgia especially maa spring.
@MAACommunities apartment complex has gone down, horribly in the last five years. management has no compassion for tenants, and they’re constantly changing out people like they change out shoes. I’m so disappointed in this complex it’s become raggedy.

@AmericanAir I spoke with customer and it’s still bad. So sharing it with leadership I doubt that’ll help. The person I spoke to today was lazy and dismissive. I will continue to complain. Unbelievable
