@snitchindia I returned some clothes but pickup never happened. No one called, yet the app says “cancelled by client” and “customer not reachable”. My delivery & pickup address are the same — you delivered fine, so how am I unreachable now? @jagograhakjago @consaff please help

@snitchindia your return process is a mess. No one came or called for pickup, yet the app says “pickup cancelled by client”. I didn’t cancel anything! Very poor service. #Snitch #BadExperience
