2025 was mostly about building.

We spent the year shipping, testing, and staying close to real usage. A lot of that came through small experiments, especially with mini apps, where we could see how creators actually behave when tools are simple and close to where attention already is.

The most valuable progress came from feedback. Creators were direct about what slowed them down, what felt unnecessary, and what actually helped them earn. Those conversations shaped the product far more than any initial plan.

Working within the @base ecosystem gave us the rails to test instant payouts, ownership, and global access without pushing complexity onto users. The infrastructure stayed in the background, which is exactly where it should be.

Over time, the direction for @Lid_onchain became clearer. Not as a list of features, but as a focus, build consumer first tools that let creators publish, sell, and get paid directly.

It was about getting closer to the right questions.
