NEW: Drunk driver slams into the front of a preschool in Freehold Township, New Jersey, hits a mother and her children.

68-year-old Angela Arrigo, who was reportedly picking up a child, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

The back of the car was seen hitting the mother, Patrice Pisani, and the wheel of the vehicle was seen striking her younger son's leg.

Pisani's youngest son is being treated for a leg injury and burns from the undercarriage of the car.

Pisani suffered injuries to her back and neck.
