#MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
Being kind to our minds simply means thinking about our own feelings and emotions and being accepting of them. Sometimes it’s easier to brush over feelings of frustration or tiredness because we want to be 100% for others. But if we don’t recognize this it will just up pile up.
What do you do when your cell phone batteries are low? We charge them! It’s time to start thinking of our mental health in this way too. Now, more than ever, we need to recognize what recharges our minds and go to that place. What helps your mental health battery charge?
May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth — a great time to check in on yourself & loved ones. If you or someone in your life needs help, confidential support & treatment options are available.
