Fell in love w Dumpy Biscuit by @HollyCarpenter @TORtheatre @ the Plaza in Port Talbot tonight.

Seeing theatre about, for and performed IN the community changes the game!!

Also confirmed what I've looong suspected... There's nothing funnier than a group of PT girls together 🤌🏼

Lucky enough to catch Dumpy Biscuit by @TORtheatre in Port Talbot. It forces you to ask so many questions about life in industrial towns in Wales. Incredible writing and performances. Emma and I agreed that we thought we liked Chicken pie for a long time but we were wrong.

DUMPY BISCUIT – A Review by Kevin Johnson, Plaza Theatre. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "I don’t want to call it a love letter to Port Talbot but there’s no doubt it captures something of the hope that the town feeds on and the strength of the community within." https://t.co/a4tlxBtKbb

@Susan_Kingman @Flintythenomad Diolch Susan! I know in Wales there's something about 'hiraeth' and longing for home... but we'd love to hear what others think! Do keep posting!
