Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, Dolma Tsering Teykhang, attended a two-day cultural event as Chief Guest. The event showcased traditional Tibetan arts and crafts, celebrating Tibet’s rich cultural heritage and the creativity of Tibetan artists and artisans.

Dolma Tsering Teykhang took her oath of office on 1st June 2026 before Tibetan Chief Justice Commissioner Yeshi Wangmo, formally assuming office as Speaker of the 18th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile. She becomes the first woman to serve as Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile.
