4* events are key to Nationals pathway for Juniors and Cadets โ enter now ๐
There are six Cadet & Junior 4* events scheduled for 26/27, kicking off with Cleveland on the weekend of 26-27 September.
Five take place in the window that will contribute to qualification for the Cadet National Championships 2027 and six in respect of the Junior National Championships 2027 โ and entries are open for three of them.

GB Mixed Team makes debut on world table tennis rankings ahead of LA28 Olympics ๐ฌ๐ง๐
The event will be part of the Olympics for the first time in LA, alongside Menโs Singles, Womenโs Singles, doubles in both genders and Mixed Doubles โ making six medal events in total.
Great Britain now appears on the ITTF Mixed Team world rankings which will help to decide which nations qualify for the Olympics.
The Mixed Team rankings are the only ones in which the ITTF recognises Great Britain rather than the individual Home Nations, enabling GB to play their strongest team in the qualifying events in that category.

How โPigsโ is helping young England starsโ Euro Minis quest ๐
Commonwealth Championships medallist Ben Piggott, is sharing his time and skills to help the young England players shine on the international stage whilst tudying Sport Coaching at Sheffield Hallam University and regularly training at the ETC
He is beginning to help out with the coaching side of training camps for the younger players, sparring with them and schooling them in the movements and skills that will help them succeed ๐

Paul Drinkhall has two key areas of focus following the ITTF Athletesโ Commissionโs first formal meeting since elections earlier this year.
Paul was voted on to the Commission during the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 ๐
He and Chinaโs Liu Shiwen were appointed as Co-Chairs shortly afterwards and both now also sit as Athlete Representatives on the ITTF Executive Board under the new ITTF Constitution.

How a chance meeting at the Commonwealth Games led to partnership which became a winner at the Cloudathlete Pride of Table Tennis Awards ๐๐
It was 2022 when the city hosted the Games and representatives from Continental Stars TTC and Central Co-op Membership found themselves at the same promotional event.
It kicked off a partnership which is still going strong and this year earned Central Co-op Membership our Partner of the Year accolade at the Cloudathlete Pride of Table Tennis Awards.
