Growing up in SoCal, I’ve never had a great opportunity to take public transit for my commute, but now that I’m@living in downtown LB and commuting to downtown LA it makes sense.
Taking it this morning was great. So many todo list items checked off!
I'm going to be very clear: Lisa's beautiful show was cancelled because of the Warner/Discovery merger. After the merger, Zaslav announced $3 BILLION in budget cuts. Long-time execs who fought for shows like Tuca were laid off. As a result, WBD has cancelled *38* animated shows.
@arithisandthat My favorite genre of podcast Reddit post is “I’m looking for an editor to edit my 120 minute unorganized buddy chat show for free as a passion project.”
@Krizzzash The house was owned by the guy, but managed by that company. He had 10+ properties in Detroit. He buys them as an investment, this company runs the AirBnB side of it. It’s a very common practice and the film does explain it
@MrPaulBae This was one of my favorite films of the year. I saw it not expecting much, absolutely adored it, and saw it again the next day with a different crew. Incredibly solid film
Finally finished Pick Pack Pup from @NicMagnier @ArthurMHamer on the @playdate after a long break halfway through.
I already loved the mechanics, but man oh man, I didn’t expect this story to be as amazing as it is. The ending was magical!
