Michael Kadar, US/Israel dual citizen was indicted in Florida on Monday for bomb threats against Jewish institutions in 2016 & 2017.

ADL included Kadar’s incidents in its inflated 2017 antisemitism report, constituting 9% of all incidents.

Racially motivated hate crimes such as antisemitism are motivated by bias or prejudice against a particular racial or ethnic group. How are acts committed by a Jewish Israeli against Jews, antisemitic? In fact, ADL’s own report said Kadar was a “troubled Jewish teenager” but they included it anyway to inflate their numbers so Jonathan Greenblatt can do another speech proclaiming “it’s another year of unprecedented antisemitism” (he literally says this every year since 2016).

In fact, since 2016 when the ADL adopted the IHRA definition of antisemitism, which conflates anti-Israel speech with antisemitism, their numbers have been increasing. In 2024, 66% of ADL’s report was comprised of anti-Israel or anti-Zionism speech. The Jewish Currents which conducted an audit of ADL’s 2023 data, excluded 8% because it couldn’t be verified and criticized 36% because it was anti-Israel speech.
