@CraigLPotter For nerve damage you could use St John's Wort oil (not to take internally, though you can drink St John's Wort tea if you're not on meds that would interact).

Neals Yard sells the oil and the loose herb for making tea. Both are excellent✨💛

Oh and probs just smoke weed?
