@mmcLondon Largely agree! But the market is part of the culture, and today's market is much different. Consumer demand, supply, consumer expectations, diversity of products and services. That's all grown, enriching the broader culture.
The coffee culture in Argentina has matured dramatically over the years. Today places like Palermo, in Buenos Aires, are full of fantastic options for having an excellent cup of joe.
