This is huge!
Synthwave shows that frontier-level AI performance is not only about bigger individual models.
It is also about how intelligence is coordinated.
That has major implications for agents, robotics, payments, and autonomous digital systems.
In combination with TAP Protocol’s recent upgrades, this also strengthens the utility path for $TAP — providing the rails for agent-driven RWA markets, payments, and programmable digital asset coordination.
Trac is building toward a unified coordination stack for machine intelligence and digital money.
This is a serious step in that direction. 👏
Synthwave is now officially in frontier model territory.
We ran the latest AIME 2026 benchmark, a set of hard math tasks, against Synthwave using an ensemble of 4 small local models across 2 DGX Spark machines.
It outperformed DeepSeek V3.2, putting it at rank #4.
None of the involved models would achieve this alone.
The interesting part is that this scales: it can uplift even smaller models running on single machines, or combine the most powerful frontier models into an even stronger intelligence layer.

We are starting a limited beta soon and would like to ask you about your capabilities beforehand:
Which of the following receiving options do you prefer for a beta program?
Disclaimer: not an airdrop, not a testnet
UTXO management is incredibly challenging for most developers.
Coin selection, output handling, fees, dust, change, and transaction sequencing all create friction before apps even reach the user.
So the need to become an expert UTXO-choreographer remains one of the biggest barriers to building in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
TAP Protocol abstracts away much of this complexity, enabling more intuitive Bitcoin application development and cleaner user flows.
TAP’s account-based model, with its cross-chain infrastructure, and fully self-custodial tools for builders, communities are always in control of their assets, and gain access to the most advanced DeFi suite ever built on Bitcoin.
It’s time to build on Bitcoin with TAP.

As agents become more capable, they'll need access to knowledge that public models cannot freely reach.
That access requires an economic layer.
Through 𝐒𝐀𝐔𝐂𝐄 (@TAP_scope), Ethereum-side $TAP becomes part of the agentic economy: powering access to gated expert knowledge and compensating contributors when their sources are used.
Not just information retrieval.
Knowledge access with payments built in.
SAUCE is a fantastic demonstration of what can be built by combining TAP's Bitcoin-native assets, with @TracNetwork's coordination stack.
We got asked if Synthwave works with API providers.
Yes, it does. But what are the costs vs. coding abilities?
We used OpenRouter to find and run a Synthwave ensemble that is more powerful than each of its parts, comparable too frontier, but affordable.
We chose qwen3-coder-next as cheap synthesizer and glm-5.2 + qwen3.5-122b + qwen3-coder-next as coding generators.
Then we ran LiveCodeBench's only on hardest difficulty (the actual slice of interest) over 82 code generation tasks. Results:
- Score of 46.3%
- Benchmark costs ~$2.66
- none of the generators reached this score alone
To put that into perspective with gpt-5.5, medium reasoning, native OpenAI API:
- Score of 73.2%
- Benchmark costs ~$14.78
A score of 48.8% on hard is good, and the cost-effectiveness even better.
Interesting discovery is that good synthesizers effectively "repair" truncated output from API providers, keeping the baseline up, and maintaining continuity (OpenRouter is often flaky).
Synthwave users may find even more effective ensembles, either local or via APIs.

SAUCE provides a fantastic demonstration of the advantages of building with both @TracNetwork and @tap_protocol:
> SAUCE gates the knowledge
> Ethereum-side $TAP unlocks access.
> Trac stores the proof

.@Google recently introduced their '𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭'
and in our opinion, it's worth paying close attention to. 👀
As AI agents become more capable, the bottleneck is no longer just model intelligence.
It's access to the right structured knowledge.

SAUCE introduces a new role for Ethereum-side $TAP:
access to a knowledge-backed AI economy.
$TAP provides access to gated domain knowledge and expertise.
Knowledge that public models cannot access, and contributors should not have to expose publicly in order to monetise.
