@HigherManas I think the ability to delegate some or all of your WSGB/WFLR vote power to one or more other voters (who may in turn delegate some or all of their accumulated vote to one or more others) creates fascinating possibilities. A myriad of possible voter power topologies.
@JoshuaGEdwards@thethinker012@FlareNetworks This is awesome! I see you have implemented a Rosetta API for Flare on the portal in addition to everything else, which is very cool.

@JohnEDeaton1 Is the ability to infer an investment contract through enforceable rights against an identifiable person the quality that would still make ICOs possibly within the remit of the SEC even if they lose the case against Ripple?
@thinkingcrypto@JohnEDeaton1@DigitalChamber@LBRYcom Great interview! Question for @JohnEDeaton1: if the argument “there must be an investment contract” is valid, doesn’t that render most (all?) ICO’s outside the SEC’s remit? What’s to prevent any company explicitly issuing tokens as ‘assets’ rather than shares to raise capital?

@MrFreshTime@FlareNetworks Great video! Just one thing: I think @TomT_Crypto recently clarified that it’s wrapping of FLR to wFLR (not delegation to an FTSO) that triggers eligibility for remaining airdrop pool distributions (although most would delegate too). See discussion here:

@thebearablebull@FlareNetworks@HugoPhilion Also at 0:21:55 in the video, for the first time some detail around Hugo’s thoughts regarding Songbird’s role in Flare governance (headline quote: “I want to make Songbird the initiation of community governance”).
@so_annieways: I thought you might be interested in this.
@thebearablebull@FlareNetworks@HugoPhilion This is a great interview. Lots of new detailed information, including one fascinating new insight: Hugo’s longer term vision of several application-specific Flare-based networks operating as a ‘constellation of multichains’, synced via their State Connectors.
@JoelKatz Thanks David. This is a very exciting proposal. The Votable Trading Fee that allows Liquidity Providers to collectively decide their fee for a particular AMM instance is very cool too, as is proposed integration with the XRPL’s DeX for best price discovery and higher liquidity.
@JoelKatz So regarding AMM auctions: Arbitrageurs compete at auction for time slots during which they can submit their swap with no trading fee? And Liquidity Providers get a share of the income flowing from this continuous auction process? Have I got that right?
@pattybera These kinds of events are tragic for those affected, and make a very strong case for fully insured, decentralized cross-chain bridging solutions such as #LayerCake, currently being developed by @FlareNetworks. Good explanation of concepts here:

@JoelKatz This is a very good explanation of the unique qualities of the incredible native DEX built in to the XRPL. The upcoming proposal for a built-in AMM with unique qualities that allow liquidity providers to minimise impermanent loss is particularly intriguing. Looking forward to it!
@so_annieways@MrFreshTime@HugoPhilion Yes, it will be very interesting to see Hugo’s proposal. Thanks for engaging with my question - I think the possible governance models for Songbird/Flare is an interesting topic, given the unique ability to relay info between the two networks made possible by the state connector.
@so_annieways@MrFreshTime Thank you @so_annieways. I’m trying to see the bicameral aspect here, referred to by @HugoPhilion. When I think ‘bicameral’ I imagine Flare proposals orginated (only) in lower house (Songbird), ratified (only) in upper house (Flare). Thought may be possible with state connector?
@MrFreshTime Regarding governance: can new proposals for Flare only be originated via Songbird using SGB staking? I know FLR (and SGB?) staking will be used to ratify or reject a Flare proposal, but which tokens exactly can be used to originate a new Flare proposal? SGB, or SGB and FLR?
