BJJ and grappling are not sports I would put my kids in. They involve less physical conditioning, more injuries, and are less realistic and useful. Send your children to wrestling, and when they’re teens, let them learn some basic grappling, and that’s it.

Grappling Olympic combat sports (Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, etc.) gives you a higher ceiling for #MMA than starting MMA in Childhood. The depth of competition builds superior technique, adaptability, and resilience. Crucial is that those arts need to be combined and adapted for MMA.
