When Emery Miller & Austin Reible had a vision to start a charity baseball tournament in November of 2019, it was supposed to be an 8-team freshman tournament played on HS fields. God had other plans. Months later, a 24-team varsity tournament played in an MLB park was born.(1/4)

We have done it again! We raised a total of 197 stuffed animals which means a total of 197 children will receive a gift over the holidays!

This year’s Team Emery Classic took place at Tempe Diablo Stadium. Started by Emery Miller, the Classic features 24 high school baseball teams who play in a tournament raising money for those in need. This year’s recipients were Jake Romaine, and the family of Oscar Romero, long time baseball coach at Tucson H.S. #azpreps365

Great start to fall for 2028 uncommitted INF/RHP Max Gamboa @Maxg_18 . 3B and HR w 5 RBIs early in the fall campaign as a sophomore (.333 avg). 3.4 GPA started as a freshman on a young varsity lineup.

Power from the left side also runs it up to 87 on the mound. 2nd team all-region as a freshman on varsity as our leadoff hitter.

Look for Max in the leadoff spot and mound in the @Team_Emery Classic this weekend!
